STAR 240 president, Eric Shaktman, of Topsfield has decided to do it all over again in 2011 !

New ride destinations and other new events have been added to some old favorites.

Some highlights will be:

Night Rides, 2 Monthly Club Rides, Regional Events,

“Pick-Up” rides, Weekly Ice Cream Ride Ins, Chapter Outings…and more.

STAR 240 Meets Monthly June through August * on the second Wednesday Evening

 during our Wednesday night rides.

STAR 240 has been enjoying motorcycle touring and riding in, around, and from Essex County since 2002.

STAR 240 is a group of motorcyclists who share a common bond: 
We love motorcycling!

We are a family-oriented group, and we get together several times a month to ride and enjoy each other's company. 
We are an inclusive group, with each member having an equal voice.

STAR 240 rider experience varies from Newbies to Iron Butts. 

We ride several times a month on local, regional and extended trips.
We have no membership restrictions on brand or style of ride,
just that your bike is in safe operating condition,
and that you are a licensed motorcyclist. 
All are welcome!

STAR 240 always supports local dealers, vendors, service mechanics, civil groups, and riding groups. 
All year round STAR 240 members can be found in our communities
helping out in support of local causes, civic events, and memorial rides.
You don't need to be a STAR 240 member to join us for these activities.
We welcome any like minded individuals who would like to do more through motorcycling.

We are more than happy to share the road with other riding groups and encourage mutual participation in all local motorcycle events.
