How to Order your Medical ID Dog Tag from GoTags

2. Scroll to the bottom of the displayed webpage to the "Personalized Bulk Medical Dog Tags" section
3. Click on the medical tag with the color you want to order
4. Fill in your information (ignore the minimum order qty, you can order 1 or more)
5. After you add a tag to the Cart, use the Back button if you want to order another tag
   (selecting "continue shopping" takes you to a different screen)

Each tag is $3.50 + $1 shipping, and comes with a chain or split-ring attachment and a clear silencer.

Information you should consider putting on your tag:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Any Allergies or Medical Conditions (put "NKA" if no known allergies)
